I finished the entire season of Glee in like.. 4 days? I didn't know what the dam show was about initially. I had the show in my hard drive because Brian passed it to me. Since it started with a "G", I had that warped idea that maybe it is somewhat similar to Gossip Girl. LOL. oops. I have to admit that was what made me want to watch the show. PHAIL. However, I still like the show! It gave me quite a shock initially though. I was like, "OMFG WTF IS THIS. WHY DID THEY START SINGING."
Well, it is pretty High School Musical-ish and all my dear friends should know that I am a huge fan of the franchise because of you-know-who. <3 Therefore, my verdict is that Glee is a pretty awesome show and is highly recommended! Even though there a few awkward scenes which I think it is awfully gay, even for my standards. ( Okay, NO I AM NOT GAY. ) I felt that for those parts, they are pushing it a little. It is as if they are trying to grab every single opportunity to break into a song, which seems to break the sequence of the storyline. I realise I must have lost most of you there. Never mind, moving on.
I must make a special mention of Dianna Agron, whom I think is the prettiest in the show. (:

Okay, talking about something with more "depth". Defying Gravity is an amazing song! It is, absolutely. They featured the song as a duet in Glee and you can find the Glee version easily on youtube. However, the version that has been rocking my socks to the moon is sang by Kerry Ellis from her single CD, Wicked in Rock. She is amazing, period. Watch the video below, you will never regret it, trust me. Pardon the camera for the first few seconds, it is as if the camera man was drunk or something.
Three words. O.M.G.
