i think i am fat. :/
no wait i AM fat.
shucks luhh,
most of you should know that i have this seemingly uber big appetite. well my appetite has shrunk a great deal. a plate of chicken rice used to be a mere appetizer for me. (lol. okie abit exaggerating.) but now its more than enough to fill my stomach.
everytime after a meal i would have this feeling that i grew fatter. ZOMG. its like some girl mental illness. crapp.
and this weird state of mind has made me make myself run/swim/gym/ball almost everyday for the pass one week or so.
but no matter how much i workout i think seem to be so so fat. crap.
omg this is like some girl with inferior complex's blog. crazyyyy!
HELPPP.

*disclaimer note: this is a long overdue entry. i typed it halfway ages ago. like after i just commissioned? at least for the first half of this entry. :P now i decided to take the time and finally sit down and complete the entry:P
okie luhh. decided to finally give in and sit down and type a decent entry. partly because i got nothing else to do besides the glaring mental note telling me to pack my bag. i am reporting to tekong tomorrow. not as a recruit but as an OFFICER. yeahh. i finally commissioned. its a totally unbelievable feeling. after going through so much shit i was starting to think that this shit will never end. the light at the end of the tunnel just seems to get dimmer no matter how near i was to the end of the tunnel. turns out the light is even brighter than the sun:D
9 months. 38 weeks. all it took was really just another blink of an eye. this feeling is unreal. it was only until last week then i realised, 'so we are really really going to commissioned huh.' all those memories. all those sweat. anger. laughter. disappointments. determination. anxiety. stress. all the different feelings. all the different faces.
the knolls we climbed. the roads we walked. and walked. and walked. the mud we lay on. the camo we put on. the kilometres we ran. the bullets we shot. the cheers we screamed. the words we cursed. the rifles we cleaned. the flag we waved. the trees we took cover with. the obstacles we laid. the jungle we navigated. the ravines we got lost in. the vines we collected. the rain we shivered in. the rivers we swam across. the long roads we sleepwalked in the middle of the night, the sun we baked in. the parade square we marched on. the peak cap we tossed... the laughter, tears and blood we shared.
alot of random memories. random flashbacks. its a real pity we dont have much photos taken when we were in action. its true that we will remember the memories but certainly not forever. as we age we will certainly gradually forget what happened back then. but at least for now. let me soak in our glorious moments shall we.
many people have no idea what we do. even though they think they do. i dont blame them. girls or guys alike. some guys just simply think that officers aint that amazing after all. it's the men and sergeants who do the dirty work. that's because they have never met an infantry officer before. at least an infantry officer of my generation. there are many among us who dont mind the soil of our homeland on our faces. we will not back down when our country calls for us. i wanted to write a real angsty entry bitching about those ignorant idiots. but i decided to save my dear readers from the torture hahah. after all what matters is that deep down inside i know what i have been through and capable of, which most probably are very much things that you will never achieve. :P
never belittle what an infantry officer is capable of or has done. the pride of an infantry officer is not something to mess with. ROAR.
